Refund policy

At Pardadari.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day return policy.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
Refunds will only be issued if the item sent is defective or if the item received is different from the one ordered.
Change of Mind:
For all other issues such as a change of mind, exchanges will be offered instead of refunds. Please note, no refund will be given if there is a difference in price between the exchanged items. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for sending the items to our office address and covering the delivery charges incurred during the exchange process. Once the items are received and inspected, we will courier the exchanged items.
Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective. Only defective sale items will be eligible for exchange.
Initiating a Return:

Damages and Issues:
